Mx-810 software

Hi, A friend gave me a MX remote. I really don't know much about these. I want set it back to factory so I can set the remote to match my components. I did download the manual but it looks like I can't change the settings in the remote unless I have the software which I don't. I saw on a few threads that you can go to URC website, enter your serial number and download the software. I can't find this on their site. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.
