Vista complain

No one contacted me back so I decided to call again at am. At this time, he said his sales lady would have to call me later which he didn' Hard Pressure Sale. Wanted to remove and replace concrete sidewalk along house, approximately square feet.

I already had some panels removed to verify that the tree roots were causing uplifting and cracking of the slabs. I have a lot of concrete around my house, These are the worst Home Improvement people ever.

Do not pick this company to fix your home. They do not honor their contract and find ways to charge more money. Even people standing outside Home Depot do a better job. They were hired to do both a I am in a nightmare with VIsta Home Improvements.

The are simply unqualified to do the work. They have tried to make it right but simply don't seem to have the know how to make the improvements. Dont Trust them It's no worth the baby sitting yo My experience with Vista Home Improvements was horrible. I found them to be unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful. We signed a contract in for our home to be resided including columns and shutters The company promised they would complete the job quickly and that my home would be a showpiece In reality, they have never completed the job and now the siding is falling off my house They ripped the screens in my windows and have not fixed them My landscaping was trampled and the trim around the windows is horrible Our experience with this company has been nothing but a nightmare They have not stood by their word or contract I now feel it is important to warn other people all over social media so they will not waste their hard earned money on this company It is and I know my house will never be completed Shame on this company.

Entry door and storm door ordered in April. Finally installed in October. Long list of reasons why, but my main complaint was the lack of communication to me as to when we might expect resolution and the door to be installed. The work has been done, and the actual contractors who did the install did good work, but I would never recommend this company simply because of the communication. I felt I had to bug them to push this project along to completion and had to contact the door company Provia to ask for instructions on how to use and clean the storm door.
