Windows live messenger unable to sign in

When i change back to English US, the problem solved. Anyway, I wondering if there is any other alternative than I have to change my locale to English US because i frequent use those chinese program.

If it works, then you need to grant access to Windows Live Messenger in your security software so that it will not block it next time you try to login when the security software is turned on.
