Windows zuna

I have been using it on win7 but the log in for my account no longer works but transferring files still. I recently dug up my old zune, but found that it no longer worked. I went on ebay and bought a functioning zune, but i cant find any way to add music to it. I tried downloading the zune software but it cant finish because it takes me to a webpage that just shows a , i tried windows media player, spotify and groove.
